Four Fermanagh Police Stations Face Axe
Four Fermanagh police stations have been earmarked for closure, it has been revealed.
Proposals to shut down the stations in Kesh, Belcoo, Belleek and Newtownbutler have already been subjected to public consultation.
This process took place earlier this year.
The final decision now rests with the NI Policing Board, who will assess the recommendations.
Should the closures be approved, Co Fermanagh will be left with three police stations.
The remaining stations would be in Enniskillen, Lisnaskea and Irvinestown.
Three years ago the county boasted 13 stations.
