Wilson Nesbitt launch on-line conveyancing service
Wilson Nesbitt, Northern Ireland’s largest law firm, has launched the first on-line conveyancing service in Northern Ireland.
The new service is part of an ongoing commitment by the company to lead the way in client care and is one of the end products of significant long-term investments in IT infrastructure.
The system, available through www.wilson-nesbitt.com , is for clients of Wilson Nesbitt who are buying, selling or re-mortgaging their property. Clients will be able to follow the progress of their transaction, from start to finish, on the Internet 24 hours a day, at no extra cost, by use of security passwords.
Speaking at the launch of their new product Managing Partner, Gilbert Nesbitt, said: “We are always looking for ways to extend our communication and client care standards. With our case management software systems, every action is recorded, each action triggers a subsequent action and sets deadlines for it to be chased until achieved. Our clients can see it all unfold from their home at no extra cost.”
Wilson Nesbitt’s highly innovative approach to integrating IT systems into their business last year won them industry recognition and the company has received ISO 9001 accreditation.
Wilson Nesbitt currently employ 130 staff at offices in Belfast, Bangor, Holywood and Newtownards.
