CJS Payroll awarded Electricworld and Shop Electric contract
Belfast-based CJS Payroll has been awarded the contract for payroll services from leading electrical retailer Lislyn Retail for their Electricworld and Shop Electric stores throughout Ireland.
The fully managed serviced offered by the firm covers all aspects of the payroll function from processing time sheets and paying staff to financial reporting. The service can also be tailored to suit individual company requirements and small employers in particular can avail of their experience in payroll and personnel related issues.
Commenting on the contract, CJS Director, Oral Shields, said: "Outsourcing non-core business functions is a growing trend and the fully managed service provided by CJS Payroll is one of which companies such as Lislyn Retail are keen to take advantage.
"Our wealth of experience in payroll offers companies a unique service, saving them time and resources and allowing them to concentrate on growing their core business."
Paula Campbell, Human Resources Manager of Lislyn Retail added: "We have worked closely with CJS over the past few months to make the payroll transition as painless as possible. The wealth of their experience ensures we remain in control but in control of a much better and more cost-effective operation."
To facilitate the changeover process, Lislyn Retail recently held an information day for their branch managers where CJS staff explained the payroll function to key personnel within the firm.
