Recruitment fair offers US opportunity

Camp Counselors USA (CCUSA) is coming back to Belfast to offer interested individuals the opportunity to find out more about working with children in American summer camps.

For the last 16 years over 100,000 people have signed up with Camp Counselors USA which is CCUSA’s largest work and travel programme, travelling to one of over 900 camps located in the most beautiful and picturesque parts of America.

While you don’t have to be qualified to sign up to this programme, enthusiasm is definitely a necessity in addition to a love of working with kids.

The programme fee is only £245 which covers your return flight, 3 months fully comprehensive insurance, a 4 month working visa which allows an extra 30 days to travel afterwards, orientation before you leave and when you arrive, arrival accommodation, travel to wherever your camp is, 9 weeks board and lodging, an office in California open 24 hours day, 7 days a week with a free phone number for your peace of mind – and pocket money.

CCUSA’s FINAL recruitment fair will take place on Saturday 20 April in the Europa Hotel, Great Victoria Street, Belfast from 11am –4pm.

Camp directors will be on hand to answer any questions you may have - and you may even be offered a job on the day if you bring a £95 deposit (refunded if not accepted), four cheerful passport photos and if possible a completed application form (which can be downloaded from www.ccusa.com)
