One 2 One appoints new NI Distributor
Leading mobile phone operator, One 2 One has announced the appointment of Netcom Communications as one of its key distributors in Northern Ireland.
One 2 One launched its service in Northern Ireland in April 2001 representing an investment of £100 million.
Commenting on the appointment Mark Henry, Northern Ireland Manager for One 2 One said: “We are delighted to announce the appointment of Netcom Communications as one of our distribution partners. We are committed to providing our Northern Ireland customers with better coverage, better customer care and better overall value than anyone else in the local marketplace. Our aim is to be the network of choice for people who really want to use their phones whenever and wherever they like.
“The appointment of Netcom Communications will play a pivotal role in developing our customer base in Northern Ireland.”
Steven Kher, Managing Director with Netcom Communications welcomed the appointment by adding: “The presence of One 2 One in the local marketplace is great news for customers as it offers a wider choice of networks and tariffs. We look forward to developing a long partnership with One 2 One.”
Netcom is Ireland’s largest independent telecommunications specialist with offices in Belfast, Dublin and Scotland. They will be concentrating on servicing the independent mobile phone stockist and their own direct sales cellular team focusing specifically on the business customer. (MB)
