Fifth Arrest Over Emmet Shiels Killing
Another man has been arrested in Londonderry in connection with last year's killing of pizza delivery driver Emmet Shiels.
The fifth such arrest, the man was detained in the Waterside area of the city on Monday.
Earlier, four men, aged 33, 41, 46 and 47, were arrested in the Galliagh and Creggan areas on suspicion of murder and INLA membership.
Mr Shiels, 22, from Tyrconnell Street in the Bogside, had been delivering pizzas when he was caught up in a confrontation with masked gunmen.
It is understood Mr Shiels was being chased by a group of masked men before he was shot in June 2008.
It is thought that a shot had been fired during an earlier incident in the Bogside, and Mr Shiels had then encountered those responsible as he was driving along Lone Moor Road in his pizza delivery van.
Police said he was am entirely "innocent' victim, who was "trying to defend others".
On Sunday police seized a small amount of cannabis from a house in Creggan as part of the same investigation.
