Second Man Arrested Over Massereene Murders
Police have arrested a 19-year-old man in connection with the murder of two soldiers last month.
The man, from Bellaghy in south Londonderry, was arrested around 7am this morning.
He is also being detained over the attempted murder of five others during the attack at the Royal Engineers regiment's barracks at Massereene in Antrim.
Sappers Mark Quinsey and Patrick Azimkar were shot dead at the gates of the base as they collected pizzas from delivery men.
The man is being held at the Antrim Serious Crime Suite.
Last week, known republican Colin Duffy from Lurgan appeared in court accused of the murders.

A man, aged in his 50s, is in a critical condition in hospital after he was assaulted at a house on the Ballycastle Road on Monday, 26 September. Two other men were also arrested and have been released on bail pending further enquiries.

Man Released On Bail Over Lurgan Murder
A man arrested in connection with a murder in Lurgan on Sunday, 06 August, has been released on bail pending further enquiries. The body of a man, aged 45, was discovered at a flat on Victoria Street. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

A 43-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an incident at a house in Coleraine, Co L'Derry. It happened at a property on Knockantern Grove in the Mountsandel area on Tuesday, 16 August. The suspect has been arrested on suspicion of possessing of an offensive weapon with intent to commit an offence and assault on police.
