Jenny Back To Balmoral Show
After the success of last year's collaboration between the Royal Ulster Agricultural Show at Balmoral and Northern Ireland's own 'Good Food Ambassador' and celebrated chef, Jenny Bristow, it has been announced that Jenny will once again take up residence in the Food Pavilion.
Jenny will be delivering a series of master-classes within the Food Pavilion over the three days. Using premium local produce available at the Show, she will provide audiences with some tips on creating a range of recipes to help you beat the 'credit crunch'.
She will be working alongside producers who are passionate about their produce and have come to the food pavilion to showcase the wealth of produce that is on our doorstep.
"I am really looking forward to this years Balmoral show where I will be dealing with the credit crunch and convenience," said Jenny.
"This is a great opportunity for us all to support our local producers and I will be creating dishes which demonstrate the quality of the produce right on our own doorstep."
Jenny will host three master-classes each day, and she will also be available to answer questions or offer advice to individuals.
In addition to live cookery demonstrations, companies exhibiting in the Food Pavilion include; Taylor’s Ice Cream, Mash Direct, Clandeboye Yoghurt, Cooley Distillery (NI), Piece of Cake and Forthill Farm Meats.
The Balmoral Show in partnership with Ulster Bank has a strong track record of supporting local producers and processors and is an active supporter of the 'Northern Ireland - Good Food Is In Our Nature' campaign.
