Youth Shines Through for Charles Hurst
Charles Hurst Group have announced the first winners of their Employee of the Month awards.
The group, which hold the region’s leading Chrysler and Jeep dealership with franchises at Belfast and Lisburn, recently launched the scheme as part of a drive to maintain their impressive levels of customer satisfaction.
Both awards for April have been handed to two young technicians who were recognised for dedication to their work and an extra-ordinary commitment to customers.
The first winner was 20-year-old technician Kenny Hook from Lisburn’s Hillsborough Road dealership. Kenny’s award marks his willingness to help customers at all hours of the day.
At the Dundonald branch, 22-year-old Mark King - who has been with Charles Hurst since the age of sixteen - was also recognised for his outstanding commitment to customers.
Chrysler and Jeep Regional Sales Manager for Northern Ireland Graham Powell presented the prizes, two precision Jeep watches, to the enthusiastic pair.
“These young men have shown highly impressive dedication to duty and their service to both employer and customer is a benchmark for others to strive towards,” said Graham.
“Charles Hurst Chrysler and Jeep has invested a lot of time and money in making both Mark and Kenny highly skilled Chrysler and Jeep technicians. These awards just go to prove that investment is paying off.”
