Stena Line launch ferry guide
Irish Sea ferry company Stena Line has launched a new Fast Ferry and Ferry Guide.
The guide is packed full of information on holidays, day trips, special offers, routes and timetables plus handy hints to help customers find the perfect crossing or short break to suit them.
The guide also gives a complete roundup of fares and timetables for all Irish Sea routes, at the best prices including the popular Belfast - Stranraer and Dun Laoghaire - Holyhead HSS routes as well as Rosslare - Fishguard and Dublin Port - Holyhead crossings.
Launching the new glossy brochure, Ian Baillie, Stena Line Marketing Manager, said: "The new guide has been designed to provide customers with all the information they need when selecting a crossing or short break with Stena Line. It is easy to follow and has something to suit everyone whatever your budget or preference, giving great value for money plus a wide choice of destinations."
Additional features include information on rail and coach stations, easy to follow booking instructions and details of how to pay with interest free credit.

SF Issues SOS For Sinking Ferry Service
As a scenic cross border transport link remains in jeopardy, a Coleraine Sinn Féin councillor has urged NI Enterprise Minister Arlene Foster to take action to save the ferry. Billy Leonard wants the DUP Minister to play her part along with other Stormont Executive colleagues to save the Magilligan ferry service to Greencastle.

Stena Line jockey for new horse racing package
Now that Cheltenham has whetted the appetite of horse racing enthusiasts across Northern Ireland, leading ferry company Stena Line has launched a day-trip programme to the famous Ayr Races – starting off with the Scottish Grand National weekend on Friday April 11 and Saturday April 12.

Stena Line to concentrate on Irish Sea market
Ferry operator P&O is set to close a number of routes and buy out Dutch partner Stena Line's 40% stake in their joint business for £150m. P&O wants to cut its P&O Stena Line fleet from 10 ferries to eight and has plans to discus the possible closure of the Dover to Zeebrugge route towards the end of this year.

Stena Line rewarded at Transport and Logistic Awards
Stena Line Freight has been declared the Irish Sea Shipping Line of the Year at the Export & Freight Transport and Logistic Awards 2002. The company was selected from the list of finalists on the strength of its entry, which detailed its scheduling capacity, Information Technology capabilities and a strong customer focus.
