'Re-invented' JWT Holidays launches brochure
After an absence of 12 years, JWT Holidays has unveiled its new 2003 summer brochure across Northern Ireland.
JWT pioneered the package holiday market here during the 1960s and became a popular household name amongst three generations of Northern Ireland holidaymakers but now the brand has been totally modernised and has set its sights on the 20-35 year old age group.
The new-look JWT brochure offers adults a range of holiday destinations with prices starting at £179 per person for one week and £219 for two weeks.
Commenting on JWT's arrival, Sales and Distribution Director Christine Donnelly said: “We are very excited to introduce the new JWT Holidays in Northern Ireland. The brand has been totally re-invented with a bright fresh new image to bring it forward into the 21st century with a new appeal and a new focus.
“The JWT Holidays brand is now targeted mainly at the 20-35 year old age sector. There are a small number of independent family properties included in the brochure but most of the holidays are better suited to adults travelling without kids - whether they be husbands and wives, couples, parents or young adults.
“This is the beginning of a new era for JWT Holidays in Northern Ireland and we are sure that the recognition which the brand enjoyed for more than 30 years will still be evident.”
