July Holiday Postal Arrangements
Royal Mail has announced postal arrangements over the July holiday period.
There will not be any deliveries or collections on Saturday, 12 July or Monday, 14 July, but normal deliveries and collections will resume on Tuesday, 15 July.
Post Office branches will be closed on Saturday, 12 July and Monday, 14 July.
Normal opening hours will recommence on Tuesday, 15 July.
Parcelforce Worldwide will not be making any collections or deliveries on Saturday, 12 July or Monday, 14 July.
Meanwhile, information about payment of pension and benefits during the holiday period is displayed on special notices in all branches.
Full normal service will resume on Tuesday, 15 July.

Orangefest Celebrations Set For July 12 At Belfast City Hall
A whole host of family fun activities is planned to take place at Belfast's City Hall in conjunction with the annual parades to commemorate The Twelfth. Created to complement the July 12 parades, Orangefest 2024 will take place from 10am-4pm at both Belfast City Hall and surrounding areas in Royal Avenue.

Appeal For Information Issued On Bonfire Night Assault
The PSNI in County Down have issued an appeal for information on the alleged assault of a woman in Killyleagh earlier this month. Posting on their Facebook page, PSNI Down said that at approximately 2am on Wednesday, 12 July, a woman was attacked by three other women, sustaining injuries to her face and body.

Calls For Parade Inquiry
Unionist leaders have called for a legal inquiry into an ongoing issue surrounding parading in north Belfast. The move follows a Parades Commission ruling that an Orange Order parade would not be allowed to march through a predominantly nationalist area of north Belfast twice on 12 July.
