Shots Fired At House
Shots have been fired at a house in Carrickfergus, the PSNI have revealed.
Shortly before 11pm on Sunday, police were alerted to a disturbance at a house in Glenfield Walk. A door was damaged by a gunshot during the incident, but there were no reported injuries.
It is understood a large crowd had gathered in the area before the shooting took place.
Reports have suggested the incident is related to ongoing tensions between loyalists in the area.

The popular festival of hot Americana, ChilliFest, has announced it will be back in Custom House Square, Belfast for 2011. Taking place under a (hopefully) blazing June sun from 25 June - 26 June, the festival is part of the annual Open House Festival in the city Belfast.

Belfast Hotel Plan Dropped: Report
A government-supported plan to build a hotel in central Belfast has been scrapped, the BBC has reported. Back in 2007, the Department for Social Development appointed Tullymore House Ltd as preferred developer for Armagh House in the city’s Ormeau Avenue, with plans to convert the building into an upmarket hotel.

Appeal Issued After Man Trapped Under Bus In Belfast
Police are appealing for information after a pedestrian was struck by a bus in Belfast city centre on Saturday, 23 September. The incident happened at Custom House Square at around 11.30am. Emergency services attended the scene and heavy lifting equipment was used to free the man who was trapped under the bus.
