Three shots fired at house in Co Armagh
A family of seven escaped injury this morning when shots were fired into their Co Armagh home.
The incident occurred at around 12.55am when three shots were fired at their house on Westland Road, Portadown. One bullet smashed through a kitchen window, but the man, his wife and their five children – aged between three and 14 years – were uninjured in the attack.
Police at the scene found three spent .45mm casings on the pavement outside the house.
Police have not yet established a motive for the shooting, and detectives have appealed for anyone with information to come forward.

Shots Fired At House In Coleraine
An investigation has launched after three shots were fired through the window of a house in Coleraine. The attack happened at a property in the Loughanhill Park area at around 11pm on Thursday, 08 March. No-one was injured. Police responded to reports that a man had tried to force entry through the front door using a hammer.

Police have launched an investigation after a shot was fired and three men were tied up by intruders at a house in Co Down. The incident happened on the Park Road in Downpatrick on Wednesday. Two masked men entered the property and tied up two men who were in the house at the time. A third man who called at the house was also tied up.
