Teenage boy shot in north Belfast
A teenager has been taken to hospital following a paramilitary-style shooting in north Belfast last night.
The 16-year-old boy, who was shot in both knees, was found in Ashfield Gardens at around 8pm.
Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward.

A man has been shot in the leg in north Belfast. The 18-year-old was attacked on Spamount Street at around 8pm last night. He was taken to hospital and is said to be in a stable condition.

Man injured in north Belfast shooting
A man is being treated in hospital today after being shot in a paramilitary-style attack in north Belfast. At around 8pm last night, the 24-year-old man was shot in both ankles and was found in Bruslee Way area of the New Lodge. Police have appealed to for anyone with information to come forward.

Police Appeal After 'Shot Fired' In North Belfast
Police have launched an investigation after reports of a shot being fired in north Belfast. No-one is believed to have been injured in the incident in the Farringdon Court area on Thursday. Police are keen to establish what happened and are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

Teenager released after ransom was paid
An 18-year-old man has been abducted and then released a few hours later after a ransom was paid. Police have reported that the teenager was bundled into a vehicle by a number of men, in the Berwick Road area of North Belfast, at around 8pm last night.

Police Appeal After Man Shot Dead In Bangor
Police are appealing for information following the murder of Colin Horner, who was shot in front of his three-year-old son at Sainbury's car park in Bangor on Sunday, 28 May. The boy was in the car at the time of the attack. It is understood Mr Horner, originally from Co Antrim, has loyalist links.
