Fermanagh MLA's Office Targeted

Vandals have attacked the offices of a DUP MLA in Enniskillen.

A piece of tarmac was thrown through an upstairs pane of Arlene Foster`s Belmore Street offices in Enniskillen.

The Fermanagh and South Tyrone MLA said: "I am grateful that no-one was inside the store room at the time of the attack as it would appear the piece of tarmac was thrown with substantial force through the upstairs window.

"Indeed, had anyone been standing in the vicinity of the window they could have been seriously injured."

Ms Foster insisted: "The office will continue to operate and I will not be deterred from voicing my unionist views and representing the people of Fermanagh and South Tyrone."
