Woman In Court Over Boyfriend Murder Charge

The 25-year-old woman charged with the murder of her boyfriend, appeared at Enniskillen Magistrates court this morning.

Garry Elliott, 19, died after being stabbed in the chest on Sunday night at a house in Townhill Park in Irvinestown, Co Fermanagh.

The accused, Kerri Cassidy, spoke only to confirm her identity and that she understood the charges against her.

Ms Cassidy was remanded in custody. A bail application is due to be heard on Monday.
