Róisín Murphy Announces Spring & Airbrake Show

Former Moloko vocalist Róisín Murphy has announced that she will play a solo show at the Spring & Airbrake on December 5.

Murphy rose to fame with Mark Brydon as electronic pop duo Moloko in the 1990s. The duo scored success with albums such as 'Do You Like My Tight Sweater?' and 'Things To Make And Do', as well as hit singles such as 'Sing It Back' and ''The Time Is Now'.

Murphy launched her solo career in 2005 with her debut album 'Ruby Blue' and signed with EMI in 2006. Her second album, 'Overpowered', is due to be released in October and is described as a "heady mix of electronic dance anthems and soul-stirring pop songs".

Business Rates Frozen For Another Year
Regional business rates are to be frozen for another year, Finance Minister, Conor Murphy has announced. The Minister also confirmed he intends to provide businesses with a £50 million rates support package in the 2022/23 financial year as well as continuing the Small Business Rate Relief which will benefit thousands of business premises.

The Executive approved package includes over £200 million for businesses and £98 million of COVID-19 funding to support the most vulnerable.
