NI Traffic Warning As Westlink Closes

Motorists are being warned of major traffic disruptions in Belfast this weekend as the Westlink closes for road works.

The Westlink will be closed in both directions between the Divis Street and Broadway junctions on Saturday 1 September and Sunday 2 September.

Changes are being made at Grosvenor Road, which will take traffic under the new bridge for the first time.

The entire Grosvenor Road junction, including two new slip roads, is expected to be completed by Spring 2008.
