NI Drowning Victim Named
A man found dead just off the County Antrim coastline at the weekend has been named as Liam McKeegan, 20, from Cushendall.
Mr McKeegan’s body was found on the shoreline at Garron Road in Waterfoot, County Antrim at around 1.00pm on Sunday.
A search for a possible second person ended today, but police still believe that at least one other person may have been with Mr McKeegan on a boat on Saturday night.
Police have appealed for anyone with information to come forward, especially anyone who may have given a lift to somebody walking between Carnlough and Waterfoot between the early hours of Sunday morning and Sunday afternoon.

County Antrim Search Ends
The police and coastguard have ended a search off the County Antrim coast following the discovery of a body at Waterfoot at the weekend. The emergency services have said that they were carrying out the searches as a precaution as it was not known whether there was anyone else with the man that was found on Sunday.

Mauritian Newspaper Director Arrested After Michaela Photographs
The editor of a Mauritian newspaper has been arrested after publishing photographs from the crime scene where Michaela McAreavey was found murdered. Editor and director general Imran Hosany has been questioned by police and it is understood he has appeared in court on charges of assault following a scuffle with other members of the local media.

DUP leader accuses Saville Inquiry of discrimination
The leader of the Democratic Unionist Party Dr Ian Paisley has accused the Bloody Sunday Inquiry of “political discrimination”. Having ignored a witness summons to attend the Inquiry on Tuesday, Mr Paisley testified on Wednesday following a threat that he would be reported for contempt of court if he ignored an order to appear.

Two die in road traffic incidents
Two men have died following separate road traffic incidents over the weekend. Damien McGovern, 17, from Drumaran in Letterbreen, near Enniskillen, died following a collision at Sligo Road in Belcoo on Sunday evening. A 37-year-old man has also died after his lorry crashed in Greenisland, County Antrim early on Monday.

The Irish ambassador to Mauritius will press for an urgent examination of the Michaela McAreavey murder case and protest against the publication of crime scene photographs. Close-ups of Mrs McAreavey's neck injuries are visible in the photographs, which were published by a new newspaper, the Mauritian Sunday Times.
