ICS Computing helps travel company go further

Belfast-based ICS Computing has agreed a deal with leading UK tour operator Travelsphere.

ICS Computing will install their uniPims software which allows Travelsphere to link its payroll and HR systems together for the first time, giving considerable savings in both time and resources.

The uniPims software maintains all employee information but also provides several important additional functions including employee training, absence management and performance appraisal.

To manage the increase in staff numbers, Travelsphere has also introduced a new integrated HR and payroll software system from ICS.

Commenting on the new software, David Clemson, Travelsphere deputy managing director, said: “The uniPims software system from ICS Computing has already proved its worth, improving efficiency and highlighting one or two issues with our processes which we have been able to rectify.

“Integrating payroll with HR saves us time and is far more efficient. It has definitely been the right decision for us at this stage of our development.”

ICS Computing provides managed payroll services and HR software solutions to companies in both the private and public sectors. Its uniPims HR software can be fully integrated with its payroll processing service to provide HR personnel with one seamless solution.

With offices in Belfast, London, Glasgow and Newbury, ICS Computing has over 200 UK clients, including household names such as Carpetright, Homebase and Historic Scotland.
