Man dies in road accident
A 28-year-old man has been killed in a road traffic collision on the M2 bypass near Ballymena last night.
The man was walking on the road when he was struck by a vehicle. The collision happened just before 9pm on the northbound carriageway of the M2 bypass between the Broughshane Road interchange and the Larne Road roundabout.
Police at Ballymena have appealed for anyone who may have witnessed the accident to come forward.

Man Killed In Co Antrim Road Collision Named
A man who died in a road collision in Co Antrim has been named as Kamil Gervenka. The crash occurred on the Portglenone Road in Randalstown at around 12.15am on Sunday, 23 October. It is believed he was originally from Slovakia and worked in the area. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Number Of Roads Remain Closed Following Storm Ali
A number of roads remain closed across Northern Ireland following the damage caused by Storm Ali. The following roads are still closed, however the Department for Infrastructure (DfI) is working to clear the obstructions along with its multiagency partners.
