Republicans warned about UVF list
More than 100 republicans have been warned about their safety after police seized documents linked to the UVF which contained names, addresses and car registrations.
Darren Richardson, 30, of Moneynick Road, Randalstown, County Antrim appeared today at Belfast Crown Court charged with UVF membership.
He is also charged with possessing documents that could be useful to terrorists and having 30 rounds of ammunition.
The court heard five hand-written documents containing 104 vehicle registration numbers and names and addresses of 51 people were found at the premises at Wright Bus, where Mr Richardson was a manager.
Ammunition was also found at his desk, and the documents were found elsewhere in his office.
Other documents found in his car contained 13 registrations numbers and personal details.
A defence lawyer said the defendant denied membership of the UVF and had never been involved in acts of violence.
Mr Richardson has been refused bail.

Pitbull terrier seized from GAA player's home
The USPCA has seized a pit bull terrier believed to be involved in an international dog-fighting ring, from the home of a well known GAA player. The animal was taken from Tyrone GAA player, Ger Cavlan following a planned operation by the PSNI and the USPCA.

Family of murdered pensioner call for UN investigation
SDLP Mid Ulster representative Denis Haughey has backed a group of Tyrone families who have called on the United Nations rapporteur for summary executions to investigate the killings of their loved ones. Among the families being backed was that of 76-year-old Roseanne Mallon who was shot dead by loyalists on the outskirts of Dungannon in May 1994.
