Victims campaigner 'threatened by loyalists'
The director of Northern Ireland victims’ group, Relatives for Justice, has revealed he has been threatened by loyalists.
Mark Thompson said he believes the threats were issued by the UVF and has linked them to his work with families across the community.
He was visited by police officers at his home on Saturday morning and was warned of a significant threat to his life.
Belfast-based group Relatives for Justice provides support to relatives of those bereaved and injured in the Troubles. It also lobbies for action on alleged collusion between British security forces and loyalist paramilitaries.
