Paragon Global Resources To Locate International HQ In Ireland
Paragon Global Resources is to locate its international headquarters in Blanchardstown, Co. Dublin, with the support of IDA Ireland.
The total investment will be €3.7 million over five years and will create up to 100 new high level positions in Dublin.
Paragon Global Resources is a leading US firm specialising in international and domestic relocation, human resources and real estate services. It will recruit personnel specialising in franchise operations, relocation services, real estate and property management, career development services, logistics, visa and immigration management among other services to staff its first Irish office and international headquarters.
Irish Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment Micheál Martin said: “Paragon Global Resources will join a successful pool of international services companies with headquarters based in Ireland. It is the first franchise management operation to establish here with the support of IDA Ireland. 75% of the new recruits will be 3rd level graduates with a financial and business background and will have a foreign language. We are very pleased that management expertise and language skills were key attractions for Paragon in choosing Ireland for its international headquarters.”
Joseph Morabito, President and CEO, Paragon Global said: “In the current information economy, employees are a company’s greatest asset. Effectively managing relocations is vital in order to fully realise business opportunities worldwide. The Dublin office is set to be the international headquarters for the company providing a variety of global relocation services. Establishing in Dublin is a major vote of confidence in Ireland as a place to do business. Ireland offers a competitive business environment in which to operate as well as excellent access to Continental Europe and a well educated and flexible workforce. We chose to locate in the College Business and Technology Park, Blanchardstown because of its accessibility to the all major transport routes both nationally with the M50 and internationally with Dublin airport as well as Dublin Port."
