Security alerts in Belfast end
Security alerts in Belfast have ended after two suspect packages proved to be hoaxes.
Diversions were put in place at Donegal Square North in Belfast city centre while a suspicious package discovered in a car parked in the area was examined.
Police were also called to an alert in the Woodstock Road area of east Belfast, after a suspicious package was found in the street.
Both alerts have now ended, but bus services may take some time to be restored fully.

Security alerts end in North and West Belfast
Army Technical Officers have carried out a controlled explosion on a suspicious car parked at the rear of the Antrim Road Police station in North Belfast. A number of homes in the area had to be evacuated following the warning, which was given to a Belfast newsroom at around 9.30am today.

Security alerts in Belfast end
A spate of security alerts that were caused by abandoned vehicles this moring have ended. However, the incidents, that were being blamed on Loyalist paramiltaries, resulted in the closure of several major traffic routes in the Belfast areas this morning.
