Pair arrested over teenager's rape
Police have arrested two males in connection with the serious sexual assault of a woman in north Belfast earlier this week.
The arrests are in relation to an incident which took place in the Woodvale Park area of the city on Monday evening, when a woman, aged in her late teens, was raped and beaten by two males as she made her way home.
The woman sustained cuts and bruising to her body during the attack.
The pair are currently assisting police with their inquiries.
There are no further details as yet.

Man Charged In Possession Of Heroin
A man is to appear in court charged in possession of heroin. Police arrested five people during searches of a property in Newry on Wednesday, 16 January. Two men have also been charged in possession of a Class A drug. A 50-year-old woman has also been charged with permitting premises to be used for the supply of a Class A drug.

Two Men Arrested On Suspicion Of Kidnapping
Police have arrested two men on suspicion of kidnapping. The males, aged 33 and 31, were detained in Co L'Derry. It is believed there arrests are in connection with an incident in the city on Thursday, 26 October. No further details have been released.

Woman Found Unconscious On Co Down Road
A woman has been found unconscious on a road in County Down. The woman, aged in her 50s, was discovered on the Sheepland Road at around 4.30am on Sunday. She was taken to hospital where she is believed to be in a serious condition.

An elderly woman has interrupted a burglary at her own home after returning to find two males inside. Police in Newtownabbey are appealing for information following the burglary in Rathdrum Park. The woman returned to her house at about 11:15 on Monday 8 September to find two males inside.
