Man remanded over Keady murder
A 43-year-old man has appeared in court charged in connection with an incident in County Armagh last week, in which a man died after he and his girlfriend were doused in petrol and set on fire.
David Harold Graham, from Shergrim Glen in Omagh, County Tyrone, appeared at Newry Magistrates Court charged with perverting justice and withholding information.
He pleaded not guilty to both charges.
Thomas O'Hare, 33, died following the incident, which happened at his home in Tassagh, near Keady last Monday.
His girlfriend, 21-year-old Lisa McClatchey, remains in a critical condition in the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast.
A Detective Sergeant today told the court that he believed that he could connect the defendant to the crime.
Mr Graham was remanded in custody and will appear at Armagh Magistrate's Court via video-link on November 28.

Extradited man denies murder
A 43-year-old Chinese man who was extradited from Hong Kong in connection with the death of a Chinese woman has denied murder. Wong Sui Ching appeared today at Belfast Magistrate’s Court charged with the murder of 29-year-old part-time waitress Ho Mi Ye. She had been found strangled at her home in Isoline Street in east Belfast in June 1998.

Teenager charged with attempted murder
A teenager has appeared in court charged with the attempted murder of a man in Co Antrim at the weekend. Shaun Ferguson, 18, of no fixed address, was also charged with having a knife during the incident which occurred outside a Chinese takeaway in Portglenone in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Man remanded over brother's murder
A 43-year-old man has appeared in court today charged with the murder of his brother. William McMillan, 58, died following a knife attack in the Belvoir area last Friday. He had been stabbed in the back and chest at a flat in Grays Park Drive and later died in Belfast’s Royal Victoria Hospital.

Man charged with supplying Omagh bomb car
The man arrested on Tuesday in connection with the 1998 Omagh bombing has appeared in court today. Anthony Joseph Donegan, 34, from Dundalk, appeared before Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Wednesday charged with supplying a car to terrorists between 11 August 1998 and 16 August 1998.
