Former British agent released without charge
A former British agent who was arrested in London last week in connection with two murders in Northern Ireland, has been released without charge.
Kevin Fulton, 46, was arrested by PSNI officers in east London last Wednesday in relation to the murders of Eoin Morley and Ranger Cyril Smith, 21, in County Down in 1990.
Eoin Morley, 23, was shot dead in the Derrybeg area of Newry in 1990, while Ranger Smith was killed while trying to rescue a man who had been forced to drive a car-bomb in to a police checkpoint in Killeen in the outskirts of Newry.
Mr Fulton was taken back to Belfast for questioning in connection with the murders.

The explosion happened on the Killylea Road on 24 July and claimed the lives of Constable William Hanson, Reserve Constable Joshua Willis and Reserve Constable David Sterrit and Sister Catherine Dunne.

A British soldier who was jailed for shooting dead two teenage joyriders in Belfast is to serve in Afghanistan, it has been reported. Sergeant Lee Clegg, now 38, was jailed for life in 1993 for the murder of 18-year-old Karen Reilly and the wounding of Martin Peake, 17, who also died in the incident, in 1990.

Priest faces two indecent assault charges
An Armagh priest has appeared in court today charged with two charges of indecent assault. The charges against Father Michael Gerard McQuillian, 42, relate to incidents between March and October 1990. McQuillian released on police bail, pending a further hearing on 8 July.
