Sinn Fein leadership to meet in Dublin
The Sinn Fein leadership are to meet in Dublin later today to discuss the St Andrews Agreement.
It is understood the Sinn Fein President Gerry Adams will brief the 56-member Ard Chomhairle on the events of last week's talks in Scotland, as well as a possible debate on whether to call an Ard Fheis to decide whether to support the PSNI – which is an essential move for the November 24 deadline to be reached.
The first meeting between the DUP and Sinn Fein at Stormont was postponed on Tuesday after the DUP leader Ian Paisley said that he would not show until Sinn Fein Chief negotiator and future Deputy First Minister swore an oath of allegiance to the PSNI.
