Man shot in north Belfast
A man has been shot in an attack in North Belfast which occurred at around 10.30pm last night.
The man received two gunshot wounds to his legs in the incident on Farrington Gardens, and is believed to be in a stable condition in hospital.
Police have not yet established a motive for the attack and are appealing for witnesses to call 0845 6008000.
Meanwhile, a man has been attacked by a gang in County Tyrone.
Six masked men entered a house at Lisnafin Park, Strabane, at around 9.30pm last night and assaulted a 59-year-old who was lying on the sofa.
The man suffered head, arms and legs injuries and police are also appealing for witnesses.

Appeal For Information On Newtownards Assault
Police in Newtownards have issued an appeal for information following a serious assault in the town on Sunday 02 January. According to police, a man aged in his 20s, was attacked by up to four men armed with "poles" in an alleyway close to Glenbrook Road at about 19:45. The victim suffered injuries to his head, legs, arms and hands.

Man Shot In County Down
A 28-year-old man has been shot in the leg in a gun attack in County Down. The man was getting out of his car at the Quays in Killyleagh at about 1.00am on Wednesday morning when a man approached him and shot him. The man is recovering in hospital where his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

Man Shot In Both Legs In West Belfast
A man has been shot in both legs in west Belfast. The victim was found in an alleyway in the Iris Court area at around 8.40pm on Wednesday, 29 November. He is currently being treated in hospital, however his injuries are not believed to be life threatening. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

A man has had both his legs and his hand broken in a paramilitary style beating in County Armagh last night. The 26-year-old man was at his home in the Forest Park area of Dromintee when he was dragged away by a gang of six hooded men at around 10.40pm. He was then beaten with nail-studded sticks and suffered two broken legs and a broken hand.
