Catholic home targeted in petrol bomb attack
A Catholic family's home in north Belfast has been attacked by petrol bombers overnight.
The bombs were thrown at the Oldpark Road home shortly before 1am.
While no one was injured in the incident a neighbouring house and parked motorcycle were slightly damaged.
Police believe two men were involved in the attack before escaping in a car along Cliftonville Avenue.
They are currently investigating a motive for the attack.

House Damaged In Petrol Bomb attack
A house in Larne has been damaged in a petrol bomb attack, according to police. It happened on Church Way at around 10.30pm on Wednesday. A man was in the house at the time but was unhurt. Minor damage was caused to the property and a window was smashed. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Catholic school targeted in petrol bomb attack
A catholic school in the Co Antrim town of Ballymena has been targeted in an overnight petrol bomb attack. Five devices were thrown at St Mary's School in the Harryville area of the town between 5pm on Monday and 9am on Tuesday. Windows were smashed and damage caused to the library and canteen are estimated to cost £1,000 to repair.

Police in Belfast are appealing for information following a petrol bomb attack on a Catholic church in the north of the city. Detectives said that two petrol bombs were thrown at Holy Cross Church on the Crumlin Road, from the Woodvale Road area shortly before 2.10am on Saturday.
