Sexual assault in County Antrim
Police in County Antrim have appealed for information after a woman was sexually assaulted at the weekend.
At around 11pm on Saturday evening, a woman, aged in her 30's was walking from the Springfarm area of Antrim towards the Ballymena Road, and as she passed through an area of wasteland near a footbridge at Stiles Way, she was approached by a man.
The man then proceeded to sexually assault her.
The victim also sustained a number of lacerations to her body during the attack.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or have any information in connection with it, should contact police on 0845 600 8000, or anonymously on the Crimestoppers number on 0800 555 111.

Afghanistan Veteran On Rape Charge
A bomb-blasted former soldier has appeared in court in Belfast charged with rape and false imprisonment. Gerald Verner, 23, of Forthriver Park, who was deafened by a bomb in Afghanistan, is also accused of inflicting grievous bodily harm, sexual assault and threats to kill against the same woman.

Police investigate sexual assault in West Belfast
The RUC in Belfast are looking for two men and two women in connection with an alleged sexual assault in the west of the city early on Tuesday morning. At around midnight residents in the Slieveban Drive area of Andersonstown found a 22-year-old woman on the road.
