Motorist killed in digger collision
A motorist has died following a collision between a digger and a car in County Armagh.
The 36-year-old man from Crossmaglen, who has not yet been named, was driving along the Edenard Road between Newtownhamilton and Markethill when the collision occurred at around 9.20am on Friday morning.
Police have advised that the road remains closed and drivers have been asked to avoid the area.
Anyone who witnessed the collision has been asked to contact police in Armagh.

Woman Killed In Co Armagh Road Collision
A woman in her 30s has been killed in a road crash in Portadown, Co Armagh. The woman was hit by a car as she was walking on the side of the Moy Road at around 9.45pm on Tuesday. The road was closed for a short time but it has been reopened. Police are appealing for any witnesses to contact them.

A man who died in a road collision in Co Antrim has been named as Kamil Gervenka. The crash occurred on the Portglenone Road in Randalstown at around 12.15am on Sunday, 23 October. It is believed he was originally from Slovakia and worked in the area. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
