Three arrested over Bangor assault
Police in County Down have appealed for information following an assault on two men in the early hours of this morning.
The incident happened in the Breezemount area of Bangor, when two men were assaulted by a gang of three, as they made their way through the area.
The victims were taken to hospital where they received treatment for head injuries, however they have since been discharged.
A number of houses and cars were also damaged during the incident.
Police have arrested three people in connection with the assaults.
Detectives in Bangor have asked for anyone who may have been in the Breezemount area of Bangor between midnight and 4.30am, and who may have witnessed the attacks, to contact them on 0845 600 8000, or anonymously on the Crimestoppers number on 0800 555 111.

Two Men Arrested Over Serious Sexual Assault
Two men have been arrested after a woman was seriously sexually assaulted in Co Down. The attack occurred in the Bangor area in the early hours of Saturday morning. The suspects, both aged 23, were detained after officers stopped a car on the Seacliff Road in Bangor on Monday afternoon. The vehicle was also seized for examination.

Three arrested over Bangor murder
Three men have now been arrested in connection with the murder of a man in Bangor, County Down on Tuesday evening. Mark Christie, 36, was found on the road near the junction of Owen Roe Drive in the Kilcooley Estate, and the Millisle Road in Bangor, shortly after 11pm.

Three men have been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent following an incident in County Antrim. A 21-year-old man was allegedly assaulted in the communal area of a property in Barra Street on Saturday 06 October. PSNI detectives arrested two men aged 20 and one aged 22 following the incident.

Man Charged Over Co Down Assault
Police have charged a man with three counts of sexual assault. One of the charges related to an assault in Bangor on 13 May. A woman was walking down a road in south-east Bangor when the man approached her from behind and assaulted her, according to the police. Members of the public detained the suspect until police arrived.
