Two die in weekend road crashes

A 21-year-old man has died following a road traffic incident in County Antrim.

Timothy Fulton, from Shellinghill Road in Cullybackey, was travelling in the back seat of the car, which left the road on the M2 motorway, close to Templepatrick, at around 2.30am on Sunday. Only one vehicle was involved in the incident.

Four other men, aged in their 20's, who were also in the vehicle, were taken to hospital. One of the men is described as being in a serious, but stable condition, two remain in hospital, while another man has since been released.

Meanwhile, police have named the teenager who was killed in a separate incident in County Tyrone on Friday.

Christopher Coary, 19, from Coole Road in Coalisland, died after the car in which he was travelling was in collision with a mobile crane which was being driven on the Tandragee Road, just outside Pomeroy.

Police Appeal After Man Attacked In Co Antrim
Police are appealing for information after a man was attacked in Ballymena, Co Antrim. The assault happened in the North Road area at around 3.30am on Sunday, 29 January. A gang of four or five men attacked the victim, aged 37. He was taken to hospital where his condition has been described as "serious".

Two Men Arrested After Stolen Car Driven Into House In Larne
Two men have been arrested after a stolen car was driven into a property in Larne and set on fire. The incident happened at a house in the Killyglen Road area on Sunday, 23 April. The silver Peugeot vehicle was burnt out and significant damage was caused to the front of the house. Police believe it is linked to an ongoing feud.
