Fifteen arrested in Derry raids
Fifteen people have been arrested today following a series of raids in Londonderry.
Police have confirmed that ten men and five women were detained on both sides of the River Foyle in a planned operation by detectives investigating serious organised crime in the area.
The raids took place in the Gobnascale and Waterside areas, where a number of homes and offices were searched by officers working under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
This is the second time in recent weeks that police in Derry have made arrests in connection with serious criminal activity in the city.
It is understood the 15 were detained for questioning after 10 separate searches.

Drugs seized in police raids

A woman has become the 16th person to be arrested following a number of police raids in Londonderry on Wednesday. Ten men and five women were detained on both sides of the River Foyle following a planned operation by detectives investigating serious organised crime in the area yesterday.

Teenager Arrested Over 'Serious Crime' In L'Derry
A 14-year-old boy has been arrested in Coleraine, Co L'Derry, in connection with "serious crime", according to the PSNI. Detectives from the PSNI's Reactive and Organised Crime Branch detained the teenager at Riverside Retail Park on Thursday, 06 April. He has been taken to Coleraine police station for questioning.

Two arrested following police raids
Two men have been arrested following police searches in north Belfast. Two handguns, ammunition, drugs worth an estimated street value of £27,000, documents and around £17,000 in cash, were seized during the raids, which are believed to be linked to organised crime in the city.
