Teenager dies following County Down RTA

A 16-year-old boy has died following a road traffic incident in County Down.

Police have said that they understand that the teenager was cycling along the by-pass at Groomsport last night, when he fell off his bicycle onto the road.

Detectives do not believe that any other vehicle was involved in the incident and have appealed for anyone who may have witnessed what happened, to contact them on 0845 600 8000, or on the Crimestoppers number on 0800 555 111.

Man assaulted in County Tyrone

It is understood the man was walking along the Corgary Road near the Aghyaran crossroads at 2:30pm on Saturday when a number of people attacked him. Teenager dies in road smash
A 17-year-old boy has died in a road crash in County Antrim. The incident happened on the Saintfield Road at around 9.20pm yesterday evening. A second teenager who was also involved in the collision is still being treated in hospital for his injuries.

Woman dies in County Armagh collision
Police have appealed for witnessed after a woman died during a road traffic collision County Armagh over the weekend. The incident happened on the Portadown Road at around 8.20am yesterday morning. No other vehicle is thought to have been involved in the incident.
