Two men arrested in connection with Todd murder
Police have arrested two men in Belfast earlier today for questioning in connection with the murder of County Antrim car dealer, Ronald Todd.
The body of the 30-year-old Lisburn man was recovered from the River Lagan, close to the Stranmillis embankment area of south Belfast on February 14.
Mr Todd was last seen leaving a pub on the Maghaberry Road, outside Lisburn, at about 8pm on December 21. His Land Rover vehicle was found burnt out, at Ravarnet just outside the city the following day.
At the time of his disappearance, police thought that the father of two may have been murdered because he was believed to be a drug dealer.
Post mortem results showed that the victim had suffered multiple head injuries before being tied up and thrown into the Lagan.
