Police appeal for information on missing Belfast pensioner

Police in east Belfast say they are becoming increasingly concerned about the whereabouts of a 70-year-old man.

Alan Bell was last seen leaving his house on the Carol Hill Gardens area of the city at around 9.30am on Tuesday February 21.

He is described as being around 5 feet tall, of slim build and with black hair.

He is thought to be wearing dark grey coloured trousers, a cream polo shirt, a cream jumper and black shoes.

Mr Bell requires medication and frequent medical attention.

Police have appealed for anyone who may have seen him or know where he may be, to contact them on 0845 600 8000, or on the Crimetoppers number on 0800 555 111.
