Man dies in County Down fire
A 64-year-old man has died following a fire in a garden shed in County Down.
Firefighters were alerted to the blaze just before 3am yesterday morning and managed to remove the man from the burning shed, which was situated at the back of a house at Reilly Park in Banbridge.
It is understood that he had received burns to his legs and hands.
Taken to hospital in a serious condition, the man later died of his injuries.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident, however it is not believed to be suspicious.

Two people die in separate road accidents
Two people have died following separate road accidents in Counties Down and Fermanagh on Tuesday. In the first accident a man died following a crash between two cars on the main Belfast to Holywood road shortly after 5.30pm. He died in hospital a short time later.

Investigation After Man Dies At NI Harbour
An investigation is underway after a man died at Warrenpoint Harbour, County Down. Emergency services attended the scene at around 2.30pm on Thursday afternoon, 18 July. The casualty is believed to have been a worker at the harbour, and the Health and Safety Executive has been informed about the incident.

Man Dies In Tyrone Farm Accident
The Health & Safety Executive (HSE) has launched an investigation after a man died in a farm accident in Co Tyrone. Emergency services were called to the farm in the Coolaghy Road area of Ardstraw on Sunday, 02 September. His death is not being treated as suspicious and a post-mortem is to be carried out.

Police Appeal Following Fatal Crash In Fermanagh
Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal crash in Co Fermanagh. A 42-year-old man died in the crash which happened on the Belfast Road in Brookeborough at around 8.35am on Friday, 08 June. The man was the driver of one of the vehicles involved. Police are appealing to anyone who may have dash can footage to contact them.
