Jobs may be cut at west Belfast company
Around 100 jobs are under threat at a medical equipment company in west Belfast.
The American owned firm Trivirix International has gone into administration and union officials have today warned that jobs may have to be cut.
The company, which has a factory at the Springvale Business Park on the Springfield Road, alerted staff on the possibility of redundancy earlier today.

76 new jobs are to be created, following news that Belfast-based Latens Systems Limited is to more than double its workforce. Latens Systems, part of international technology company Pace Plc, develops security software for set-top boxes, PC's, tablets, smartphones, connected TVs and other communications devices.

Belfast Based software company Equiniti ICS has announced an expansion which will create 45 new jobs. The move has the support of Invest Northern Ireland’s Jobs Fund and will see the company target the public sector, including health and the financial services sector.
