Police investigate fire at recycling plant
Police are investigating a fire at a paper recycling plant in County Armagh.
The fire was discovered at around 10pm last night in the Carn Industrial estate in Portadown and substantial damage was caused to the premises.
Seven fire crews were involved in tackling the blaze, which took two hours to bring under control.
Police and Fire authorities investigating the incident believe the fire may have been the work of arsonists.

Fire Crews Tackle Industrial Recycling Plant Fire
An industrial recycling plant in Omagh, Co Tyrone, is on fire, with more than 50 firefighters at the scene. It is understood the fire broke out at RecyCo, on the Barony Road, Mountfield, in the early hours of Monday morning.

ASSEMBLY CREATE AWARD TO HONOUR FIRE SERVICE
THE Northern Ireland Fire Service is to receive the first ever award given by the province's devolved assembly. An illuminated scroll is to be presented to Chief Fire Officer John McClelland on Tuesday, by assembly speaker Lord Alderdice in tribute to the sacrifice made by fire fighters over the years.

Belfast Council Rolls Out New Recycling Scheme
About 55,000 homes in Belfast are to benefit from a new recycling scheme that will seek to maximise the amount of waste households can recycle. The changes will be rolled out between August and November and will affect inner-city homes currently on a black recycling box collection, as well as apartments with communal recycling facilities.
