Man critical following stabbing attack
A 22-year-old man is in a critical condition following a stabbing incident in Belfast City Centre.
Police said that a man was arrested on Monday in connection with the stabbing.
The attack took place in the vicinity of a bank in the Donegal Square West area in the early hours of Sunday, November 6 shortly before 1.30am.
Four men were attacked by another group of men and during this fracas a 22-year-old man sustained a stab wound.
Police said that no motive for the attack had been established.
Detectives are urging two women who administered first aid to the victim to come forward.
They are also appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or who has any information to contact them at Musgrave Street on 0845 600 8000, or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Two people have been killed in separate stabbing incidents in Northern Ireland over the weekend. Hugh McKibben, 51, of Main Street in Carrowdore died in a stabbing incident at a house on Inisharoan Court about midnight on Sunday May 5. Four people were arrested following his murder but three have since been released on police bail.

Man Shot In County Down
A 28-year-old man has been shot in the leg in a gun attack in County Down. The man was getting out of his car at the Quays in Killyleagh at about 1.00am on Wednesday morning when a man approached him and shot him. The man is recovering in hospital where his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

Three Arrested After Man Dies In Stabbing Attack
Three men have been arrested following a stabbing attack in Craigavon, in the early hours of Sunday morning. The 45-year-old man was stabbed at a house in Parkmore. He was taken to hospital but later died from his injuries. The man's name has not yet been released. Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

Man Shot In Co L'Derry
A man has been shot in the ankle in Co L'Derry. The paramilitary-style attack happened near the Creggan shops at around 7.45pm on Thursday, 07 December. The 41-year-old man has been taken to hospital to be treated, however his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. Police described the shooting as "brutal and horrific".

Man Released On Bail Over College Stabbing Incident
A man, 20, who was arrested in connection with a stabbing at a college in Belfast has been released on bail. Police said the man was released pending further enquiries. A 26-year-old is currently in hospital following the incident at Belfast Metropolitan College on Thursday. His condition is described as serious but stable.
