Police arrest man over double murder
Police investigating the murder of two County Armagh men five years ago have arrested a 25-year-old man for questioning.
The man was arrested in Coalisland, County Tyrone, on Monday morning. Another man arrested over the weekend has since been released.
Andrew Robb, 19, and David McIlwaine, 18, who were from the Portadown area, were found stabbed to death in February 2000 near Tandragee. Their bodies were discovered a short time after they had left a nightclub.
Although there was a loyalist paramilitary feud ongoing at the time, the families of the young men and the police have denied that either of the victims had connections with any paramilitary group.

Two Men Arrested Over Attempted Murder Of PSNI Officers
Two men have been arrested in Dublin in connection with the attempted murder of a two PSNI officers. The suspects, aged 29 and 32, have been detained under a European Arrest Warrant. The arrests were in connection with a bomb discovered attached to a police officer's vehicle in L'Derry in June 2015.

A 54-year-old man has been arrested in suspicion of murder in connection with the death of an elderly man on 30 June in County Tyrone. The 84-year-old man was found dead at an address in Blackwater Road, Dromore. Police investigating the death made two arrests on Tuesday.

Two men have been arrested following a number of police searches into the Continuity IRA. A 37-year-old man arrested under the Terrorism Act in Newtownabbey on Thursday evening, 29 August, remains in custody this morning. He was taken to Musgrave Serious Crime Suite for questioning.

Co Fermanagh man suffers broken nose in robbery
A Co Fermanagh man has suffered a broken nose after being assaulted by two men at his home in Enniskillen. The 65-year-old man was confronted by two men who forced their way into his home on Sunday. They then assaulted him before robbing his home. It is understood that a sum of money was taken during the robbery.
