Funeral of car park victim takes place
The funeral has taken place of a man who was murdered outside a Co Tyrone hotel at the weekend.
Sean Mimnagh, 21, died after being struck by a car which failed to stop at a car park outside Glengannon Hotel in Dungannon on Sunday.
Mr Mimnagh was buried in Greenhill cemetery after a service at Sacred Heart Church in Omagh on Thursday. He was a talented hurler and was well known in the local gaelic games community.
Gerard Patrick McKenna of Legane Road in Dungannon appeared at Dungannon Magistrates Court on Wednesday charged with Mr Mimnagh’s murder.
A detective told the court that when charged, Mr McKenna said: "I didn't mean to kill anybody".
The accused is due to appear in court via videolink again next month.

Police identify Co Tyrone body
Police have confirmed that they have identified the body of a man found murdered in Co Tyrone on Wednesday. The body of the man, who has not yet been named, was discovered in Caledon, near Dungannon, by a passer-by shortly before 8am on Wednesday. One man has been arrested by police in connection with the killing.

Three Charged Over Strabane Funeral Incident
Three men are facing charges in connection with a disturbance at a funeral in Co Tyrone where a number of dangerous weapons were seized. The 17, 22 and 32 year-olds are charged with several offences, including possessing an offensive weapon and possessing an article with a blade or point in a public place.

Man And Woman Charged With Clogher Murder
A 23-year-old man and 33-year-old woman have been charged with the murder of Pat Ward in Clogher. Mr Ward(30) was found dead in an alleyway on the morning of Saturday, 09 February. The pair in question were later arrested on Saturday on suspicion of murder. PSNI were granted an additional 28 hours for questioning.

A 28-year-old man has been charged with the murder of County Fermanagh woman Pauline Kilkenny. The victim, 59, was found dead by her sister at her home on the Cornacully Road between Belcoo and Garrison on Tuesday 13 November. The accused will appear at Dungannon Magistrates Court today, Friday 16.
