Second man questioned over hit and run death
A 32-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a fatal hit and run incident in a nightclub car park in Dungannon at the weekend.
One man who was questioned by police has been released on bail pending further inquiries.
Police are treating the incident, in which 21-year-old Sean Patrick Mimnagh from Strule Park in Omagh was struck and killed by a car outside the Glengannon Hotel's Matrix Club on the Belfast Road, as a murder.
The incident occurred at around 2.30am on Sunday. Police later seized a car in the Greystone area of Dungannon for forensic examination.
Speaking on Sunday, Detective Superintendent Pat Steele appealed for witnesses to come forward: "We are keen to speak to anyone who was in the Matrix Club at the Glengannon Hotel last night and who saw anything suspicious - or anyone who saw a maroon colour Vauxhall Cavalier in the car park after closing time."
It is believed that two people were in the car that apparently was driven straight at the man. There had been reports of an argument earlier.
