Man found with gunshot wound to leg
A 33-year-old man has been found with a gunshot wound to his left leg following a paramilitary style attack on Monday.
The victim was found shortly after 8pm by ambulance crew in the Ballyduff Brae area of Newtownabbey.
Anyone who may have noticed any suspicious activity or who may have heard gun fire is asked to contact detectives at Newtownabbey on 028 9065 0222 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

The 22-year-old victim was discovered slumped in a vehicle in the Carndaisy Road area at around 9.50pm on Friday, 09 March. He is currently being treated in hospital. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Glengormley man suffers broken leg during robbery
A 53-year-old man has suffered a broken leg after two armed men broke into his Newtownabbey home early this morning. The man was in bed at his home in Dorchester Drive, Glengormley when he heard a noise on the landing at about 3am. When he went to investigate he was attacked by two men with hammers.

A County Antrim man found dead in a hotel room in Ibiza sustained head injuries, according to Ireland's expert State Pathologist. Alan Drennan, 21, was found dead just 24 hours after arriving in Ibiza. Mr Drennan was detained by Spanish police when he arrived on the holiday island, and friends claim that he was attacked by the police.

The three-year-old Boxer, named Brannigan had been missing from his home in Carnlough for over a week, before his mutilated body was discovered in a field close to the village on Monday evening.
