Woman has car stolen at knifepoint
A woman has been left traumatised after being ordered from her car at knifepoint in Belfast today.
She had just returned to her vehicle, a Peugeot 206 Registration Number JKZ 4306, in College Square North, and had put the key in the ignition, when a man opened the driver’s door and told her to get out of the vehicle or she would be stabbed.
The assailant then made off in the car in the direction of Durham Street.
He is described as being in his late teens/early 20s, 5’9” in height, of stocky build, fair hair and blue eyes and was wearing a blue beenie hat, nylon jacket and blue jeans.

Local beaches awarded Blue Flags
Eight beaches in Northern Ireland have been awarded Blue Flags on meeting the guideline standards. Last year the same number of awards were given to beaches with litter-free sands and bathing waters. Portrush East Strand, which missed out last year, was added, while Downhill Beach has gone off the list.

Increasing Concern Over Pair Missing From Co Armagh
Police are becoming increasingly concerned about the whereabouts of two young people from Co Armagh. Chelsea McGarry, 17, and Daire McIlroy, 21, have been missing from Tuesday 29 March. It is believed they were last seen at Dublin Airport last weekend.

Police Appeal For Missing Man
Police in Armagh are appealing for help to trace 26-year-old Anthony Shortt. Mr Shortt has been missing since Sunday, 13 September, at around 8.30am. He is described as being 180cm tall, of medium build with blue eyes and dirty fair hair. When last seen he was wearing a brown t-shirt, jeans and trainers.

Police investigate two house burglaries in South Belfast
Four men have robbed two elderly women in their South Belfast home. The gang of four, two armed with large screwdrivers, forced their way into the sister's home at Diamond Gardens, Finaghy at around 6.30pm on Wednesday evening.
