Teenager dies in road crash
An 18-year-old girl has died following a road traffic collision in Co Down on Monday.
The incident involving two cars occurred at around 7.15pm at Portaferry Road, near Newtownards.
Two men are also being treated in hospital following the accident.
Elsewhere, a 90-year-old woman suffered a head injury and a broken leg following a suspected hit-and-run incident in north Belfast on Monday.
The incident occurred on Shankill Parade at around 8.30pm and one man has been arrested.
The elderly woman is said to be in a stable condition in hospital.

Woman arrested following assault
A woman has been arrested after a man was assaulted in east Belfast. The incident occurred at a house on the Beersbridge Road on Monday night. The victim, who is believed to be in his 60's, was taken to hospital with injuries to his head, face and throat. Police have appealed for any witnesses to contact them.

Number Of Roads Remain Closed Following Storm Ali

Ballagh Road Closed Following Crash
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a serious road traffic collision in Newcastle, Co Down. The Ballagh Road has been closed and motorists are being advised to avoid the area.
